Hotel Riazor - Santo Domingo

This place was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The hotel had perfect location just next door to the casino and walking distance to several restaurants. Truly enjoyed their food, it was amazing with a lot of meals.

Make sure to get standard double room with a balcony and wider shower plus the bedroom. The breakfast is exceptionally good with lots of food. The staff is professional, competent.

The Wi-Fi never worked reliably!!! The shower was cramped and uncomfortable, leaving little room to maneuver!!!

The team here was helpful, especially in arranging a trustworthy driver, making my stay feel safe and comfortable while I explored all the nearby parks and landmarks, like the vibrant Obelisco Macho del Malecon just a short walk away.

Comfortable beds made for a decent night's sleep.

I had to switch rooms multiple times due to issues. The first room had weak internet, and the second room had no hot water at all. On top of that, the noise from the nearby avenue made it impossible to sleep without earplugs. I settled for a room with just okay Wi-Fi and endured a week of cold showers, frustrating.

I was delighted by the hotel's cleanliness and spacious rooms, which are easily accessible. The staff were supportive and attentive.

A microwave in the room would be beneficial.

Great Family Stay with Room for Improvement

Our family enjoyed a two-night stay. The double room was spacious and comfortable. Remember to order breakfast well in advance as room service can take a while. We loved the local snacks available at the convenience store nearby. A pleasant experience but with room for improvement.

Solo traveler good stay

I enjoyed the restaurant next door, Manolo, open almost 24 hours,, food was very good. The staff were actually really helpful and professional, always there to assist me.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for what you get.

I loved how modern and clean my room felt ! The comfortable bed was a dream after long days of exploring, and the efficient A/C kept everything cool. Plus, the centralized location made it easy to hop in an Uber for less than $9 to all the hottest local spots!
